Shipping And Delivery
All payments must be made in full before any project or software is delivered. Payments can be completed using Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal, bank wire transfer, or Western Union. For security reasons, we do not accept Credit/Debit Card payments over the phone.
Once payment is successfully completed, we will send you an email and/or SMS confirmation along with details regarding the delivery status of your product or service.
Matrimic reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, amend, add, or remove portions of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Customers are advised to review this page periodically. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Product Demo & Return Policy
www.matrimic.in provides online demos for software products (excluding services) to allow customers to evaluate the product before purchase. Due to the downloadable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds once a product has been purchased and delivered.
Returns are not accepted for products:
- Purchased directly from www.matrimic.in once the software has been downloaded
- Purchased indirectly through Matrimic’s business partners or resellers
Replacement of Defective or Corrupted Software
Matrimic will replace software downloaded from www.matrimic.in only if it is found to be defective or corrupted at the time of delivery.
Customers must notify our Customer Support team within 30 business days of receiving or downloading the software to be eligible for a replacement. Replacement is limited strictly to the originally purchased product.
Software License
Each product purchase includes a license that is valid for one domain only. If the customer requires the software for an additional domain, a new license must be purchased. A new license is issued with each product download.
Online Demo Availability
Online demos are available for most Matrimic software products. However, demo availability may vary depending on the product, and Matrimic does not guarantee demo access for all offerings.
Delivery Terms
Matrimic provides software that is downloadable in nature; therefore, no physical shipping is involved. For services such as installation, customization, or integration, delivery timelines may vary depending on project scope and requirements. No fixed delivery timeline is guaranteed for service-based engagements.
