Once the product has been delivered, downloaded, or access has been granted, refunds, returns, or exchanges will not be provided. We ensure that the delivered product matches the features and functionality demonstrated in the product demo.

Exceptional Refund Cases

Due to the digital and downloadable nature of our products, refunds are generally not applicable once a product is sold. In rare and exceptional circumstances, a refund may be considered solely at our discretion, depending on the nature of the issue.

Refunds will not be provided for issues arising from hosting environments, server configurations, or technical errors on the customer’s side.

Any additional customization, modification, or feature enhancement requested by the customer will be treated as a separate project. Payments made for customization services are strictly non-refundable.
